How to Make Perfect Masala Tea (Chai) Ingredients: 2 cups water 1 cup milk 2 tsp black tea leaves 1-2 tsp sugar (adjust to taste) 1 small piece ginger (crushed) 2-3 green cardamoms (slightly crushed) 2-3 cloves 1 small cinnamon stick 2-3 black peppercorns Instructions: In a saucepan, add water, crushed ginger, cardamoms, cloves, cinnamon, and black peppercorns. Bring it to a boil and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes so the spices release their flavor. Add tea leaves and boil for another 2 minutes. Add milk and sugar. Stir and bring to a boil again.
